Rich Hallworth, Board Chair 

Rich Hallworth is Executive Chairman of DenMat Holdings LLC, and is Board Chair of Bradford Health Services. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant, first serving at Coopers & Lybrand. He was a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP and was responsible for leading the healthcare practice in the Portland, Maine, office. In 1994 he joined Tufts Health Plan, serving as its Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2005. He was named President/CEO of America Service Group Inc. in 2006. In 2011, America merged with Valitás Health Services to form the privately held prison healthcare company Corizon, where Hallworth served as Chief Executive Officer until 2013.
